Hello friends!

Here is a great question I recently received from one of my readers, named Lyn: “Debra, does true love still exist in this world of ours today? If so, how do I find it? How can I connect to it?”

My answer is a big yes, true love still exists! And what perfect timing for such a question; true love has definitely been front and center for me and my hubby, Howard. That’s because we just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary on the 16th of June!

We chose to enjoy a golden anniversary adventure to a state we’d never visited - one we could drive to over a two-day period. That state was Utah. We enjoyed exploring all the natural beauty between Arizona and throughout Utah, and on our anniversary, we renewed our vows with a heart-felt, officiated ceremony in a white gazebo in a lovely park. Yes, true, everlasting love was definitely in the air that day! Howard and I are very grateful and feel so blessed to be able to experience this kind of love.

​But we know that many people are not fortunate enough to reach this milestone. Sometimes love just doesn’t last, for any number of reasons. So how are some couples able to keep their love going strong for half a century or more? Well, I believe it starts with choosing the right partner, whether you’ve been led through prayer, Divine guidance, listening to that small voice inside, or through dumb luck!

When you find a partner that you cannot imagine living without, through all life’s difficulties and stresses of jobs, money, raising children, illness, etc., and is worthy of all your devotion, respect, and fidelity, you’ve struck relationship gold.

But what if you haven’t found such a partner in life and, like my reader, long to find and connect with true love? Or what if you would like your marriage or relationship to be imbued with deeper, more genuine feelings of love?

Well, there’s an Archangel for that - Angel Chamuel! His name means “Eyes of God,” and he has all-seeing omniscient vision, perceiving every connection in every realm of the universe between everything and everyone. He knows exactly what is missing in your life, whether it’s your lost car keys, a more suitable place for you to live, a more fulfilling job, or true love, and he knows how to find it for you. He loves finding it for you.

As I always say, especially in my book, “How To Chat With Archangels,” you just have to ask! After initially inviting the Archangels into your life so they can help you, as they were created to do, you can ask Angel Chamuel specifically, or ask them all as a group, silently or out loud, to please help you find what you are missing; what you are longing for.

Sometimes, thank heavens, the missing item (such as Howard’s recently misplaced wedding ring) will appear within minutes. Other times, it may take weeks or months.

And you must believe and have faith after you have asked. But you can rest assured that your sincere request is being worked on and will be brought to you if it is in your highest good. And true love is always in your highest good!  

Another reader, named Gloria, recently emailed me with a great story about how one recent evening she was getting ready to go to dinner and couldn’t find her glasses. She looked all over and even had her daughter and a friend search with her. They just couldn’t find them. Gloria couldn’t imagine where they could be.

Then she said quietly to herself, “Can you even imagine that, Angels?” Then she walked toward the bathroom as the others were walking out of that room. That’s when Gloria saw and happily pointed toward the middle of the bathroom floor. There were the glasses, and they had not been there a minute before! Gloria thanked the Angels three times, and everyone laughed together in disbelief.

​​Well, dear friends, the rest, as they say, is history! After the Archangels stayed with me for those first five days, I couldn’t bear for them to leave. I asked them to stay with me forever, knowing they are omnipotent, and can be in many places, helping many people, at the same time. And I’m so grateful—they are still with me over thirteen years later! 

I figured out a way to communicate with them and have done so, regularly, finally writing my book so I could teach others how to enjoy these amazing communications with their Divine Best Friends, too!

Hello friends!

You will definitely want to get to know Archangel Zadkiel. I haven’t spoken or written much about this Archangel, whose name means Righteousness of God, but it is time to rectify that.

Like the other Archangels, Angel Zadkiel specializes in an area or areas of expertise specifically to help humans. As such, he is the master of forgiveness and memory.

Have you heard the experts say we need to forgive others for their transgressions against us, for our own good? Apparently, no matter what minor or major things others may have done to wrong us, no matter who they are, or why they did whatever they did, we need to forgive them - truly forgive them - within our own hearts and minds.

Why? So we can stop holding on to all that negative anger and resentment. So we can release the heavy burden, finally healing within, and moving on with our lives, with our precious peace restored. Otherwise, that negativity and indignation cause constant stress within us that can make us bitter and lead to illness. It’s like a sore that scabs over, but then painfully cracks open, again and again, with no hope of repair or restoration.

Okay, forgiving others for our own good makes sense. But it’s easier said than done. When we’re itching for their punishment…for karma to wreak havoc on them, how do we suddenly turn the other cheek and truly forgive them? For most of us, it’s darn near impossible to achieve that goal.

That’s where Archangel Zadkiel comes in. He is the Angel of Forgiveness. He is just waiting for us to ask his assistance in forgiving others, as well as forgiving ourselves. Yes, he even helps us forgive ourselves for things we’ve done in the past, which can be harder on us, and do more inner damage, than we can imagine.

He helps us to better understand those kinds of painful experiences in a more logical manner, instead of strictly from an emotional, ego-driven point of view. And that improves our spiritual maturity and empowers and strengthens our ability to forgive, even if we never forget.

​​Images of Archangel Zadkiel often show him wielding his violet flame, which is a sacred fire as well as a powerful force for true enlightenment, healing, and forgiveness.

God, in his infinite wisdom and love, created the Archangels specifically to assist humans, and to be a bridge between Him and us. It’s what the Archangels live for. And these Divine Best Friends of ours absolutely can’t wait to help you in any given situation.

But it’s up to you to remember to ask for their help, which isn’t always easy, especially when you’re in the middle of a challenging situation. Yet that’s precisely the right time to call upon them.

In the heat of the moment, though, when you’re scared, worried, nervous, distracted, or ill, it’s easy to forget that the Archangels are right there, ready to calm, guide, protect, or heal you. This is especially true when you’re just beginning your relationship journey with the Archangels.

And when you do remember to call upon them, you may be so flustered, you forget which Archangel to call. You may wonder, “Is it Angel Michael who heals, or is that Angel Raphael? Is it Angel Uriel who lights up the darkness or is that Angel Raziel?”

Luckily, it isn’t necessary, especially during a crisis, to call upon the “correct” Archangel, to benefit from their expertise. You may simply call out and say, “Archangels, please help me!”

Trust me, they will know how to arrange for you to receive the help you need. 

​Recently, my daughter, Jill, experienced this very thing. A busy journalist, she was traveling for three weeks in Southeast Asia. One day, she took a six-hour motorcycle tour of Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City) Vietnam, and really enjoyed the experience, learning a lot from her guide who drove the motorcycle.But toward the end of the tour, in the late afternoon, Jill began to feel ill. She became light-headed, nauseous, shaky, and weak. She had never passed out before, but she realized she was close to doing so.

She didn’t know if it was the high temperatures and humidity, the overwhelming smell of fuel exhaust, or dehydration that was causing her distress. But she knew she was in trouble.

She also knew that she had to hold on, somehow, with weak and sweat-slick hands, to the motorcycle’s grab-bar behind her for another fifteen to twenty minutes in order to meet up with the tour bus at the appointed time.

Thank heavens, all my nagging and reminding over the years, to call upon the Archangels if she was ever in trouble, paid off. She quietly called out, “Help me, please, Archangels. I’m not sure I have the strength to hang on and I’m scared I’ll faint or fall and be run over by other vehicles in this traffic. Please protect me.”

​As I explain in my book, “How To Chat With Archangels,” when we embrace a relationship with our Divine Best Friends, our lives are enhanced in so many incredible ways!

One of the questions I recently received was:

“Hello Debra! I am finally starting to hear some messages from the Archangels during chat sessions. At first I didn’t hear anything at all, even after I did all the steps you explained in your book and workshop. Now, after 7 days of trying, I’m receiving some words and phrases that make sense. That is so exciting. But how do I hurry this process and hear them even more clearly?”

Here was my answer:

“Congratulations to you for embracing your relationship with the Archangels and opening up to communicating with them! That’s the first important step!

"Believe me, I understand how you’d like to hurry the process along and hear them more clearly. That would be awesome. But it’s not something that can be hurried. As hard as it is to accept, we must be patient with this process. Like everything in life, we must practice for as long as it takes in order to improve our new connections to Divine Beings.

"You are already making a lot of progress, even if it’s not evolving as quickly as you’d like it to. Continue your chat sessions as often as possible. Remember that if you’re not feeling well or if you’re distracted, your connection will not be as strong, and you should wait until you are feeling better and can focus."

Here’s an idea…take a walk with the Archangels!  

As I explain in Chapter 19 of my book, deepening our sacred relationship with the Archangels can be done in other ways outside of our journal chat sessions. One of my favorites is to call out to them and then picture them joining me for a stroll through our neighborhood or on a trail in a park. As I walk along in all types of weather, I imagine them walking next to me, surrounding me. I even visualize the color of their robes, the glow of their wings, and their loving faces.

I fill my heart with the golden light of love and as we walk, I speak with them as I would to my truest best friend, because that’s who they are. I tell them what’s on my mind, good or bad. I cry sometimes. I share my frustrations. I ask them questions. And then I observe what messages I may be receiving or impressions I’m getting. I keep my eyes open for signs of confirmation.

I always, always feel a sense of peace and calm during and after those walks. What an incredible way to deepen my precious connection with my Divine Best Friends. Try it and let me know how it went!”

​Being a guest on Suzanne Giesemann's podcast How To Chat With Archangels! Debra Schildhouse and Suzanne Giesemann - YouTube was everything I dreamed it would be and more! She is someone I've so admired through the years, as I've taken her mediumship course and followed all her work.

How did I get the opportunity to be on her podcast? Was it a twist of fate? Actually, I’d like to think that the Archangels had a hand in arranging this for “our” book. What an awe-inspiring and amazing experience it was to be on such an incredible show. I have been a follower of Suzanne’s work for many years. What a dream come true for me!

And speaking of amazing experiences, I always love hearing from my readers.

I was especially gratified today when a reader reached out to share her first experience chatting with Archangel Michael. She wanted to communicate with him because he is the Angel of protection, and she was worried about a family member’s security. She had followed the detailed instructions in Chapter 18 of my new book, How To Chat With Archangels, sitting quietly with her journal and a pen.  
​
After she called out to the Archangels, she asked who was there to chat with her. She immediately felt a “knowing” deep within, and then became aware of an answer coming through to her. She wrote the answer down: “Michael.”  

Then she proceeded to write another question and received a clear answer, which she wrote down again. This continued until she had written several paragraphs and had received comforting and supportive answers to some issues she had been worrying about.

At first, she wondered if she was just making these answers up. But soon, she realized that those loving messages were not coming from her. She knew a friendly, supportive voice, outside of herself, was chatting with her. And she just knew it was Archangel Michael! Relieved of her worry and very grateful, she couldn’t wait to begin having more of these loving conversations with her Divine Best Friends on a regular basis!

And I couldn’t be more excited. My purpose in writing this book was to let everyone know how they can receive amazing guidance, enlightenment, and support from the Archangels, as I have, since I first began to chat with them in 2011.

Are you ready to have amazing chats like these? All you need is an open mind and gratitude. Always remember, the Archangels were created by God to help humanity. They are standing by, just waiting for you to invite them into your life. And once you ask, you will be able to enjoy the most incredible experiences!

Dear Friends,

Once you’ve invited the Archangels into your life and given them that green light, you are in for the most awe-inspiring messages, signs, guidance, and love you’ve ever experienced. As I explain in Chapter Four of my new book, How To Chat With Archangels: Inviting Your Divine Best Friends Into Your Life, after you ask for a sign, you have to keep your eyes peeled. Those signs may be small and subtle, or large and obvious.

For instance, feathers, especially white ones, are an Angelic sign favorite. Finding one or two in unusual places, like your cupboard or sock drawer are a delightful way to receive this loving hello. But my friend, Melanie, had white feathers floating down from her ceiling and showing up on her floor, desk, and even along her driveway for weeks. She was thrilled and a bit overwhelmed with the amount of attention the Angels were showering her with. I told her to enjoy it while it lasted. And soon, the feather showers disappeared completely. Melanie began to miss the attention.

Archangel Raziel knew I needed a sign of encouragement after I suffered a severe back injury in 2018 that laid me up for months. As all the Archangels do, Angel Raziel projects a specific color or colors. His colors are the rainbow. And he lovingly projected a rainbow onto my face in a busy restaurant a few months after my injury. The rainbow colors did not show up on anyone else, and after ten minutes the colors slowly faded away. My husband, who was amazed, took this photo:

​Our server looked at me and said he’d never seen that happen to anyone else in the restaurant in his five years of working there.

Archangel Raziel’s loving message gave me a lot of comfort and buoyed me into keeping up my hard work at physical therapy, knowing that soon I’d be stronger and pain-free again.

In future blogs, I’ll be explaining how to ask for and notice these incredible signs and other types of messages that the Archangels love to send us. It’s truly ‘love from above!’

Dear Friends,

I’m excited to be sharing this space with you, focusing on positive messages, hope, comfort, guidance, and love from our Divine Best Friends, the Archangels.

God created nine ranks of Angels including Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones, and the Archangels. It’s the Archangels who were specifically designed to help humanity through all our challenges in life. It is their Angelic mission to help us, whether we’re religious or not.

Each week I will describe my incredible experiences communicating with eleven of the Archangels since 2011. I’ll also highlight  specific Archangels, and what areas of expertise they specialize in, so you’ll know whom to call upon for assistance when needed. Plus, I’ll share Angelic messages for all of humanity which are sure to give your heart and soul a much-needed lift.

The Angels are omnipotent, which means they are powerful enough to be in a million places at one time, helping people all over the earth. So you needn’t worry about taking up their time. And no problem or concern is too small or insignificant to ask for help with. You can’t bother the Archangels—they love us and just want to show us how much.

Humans have free will, though, a Universal Law which states that the Angels cannot impose in our lives, even to help us, unless and until we invite them in. Inviting them in can be as simple as just saying something like, “Angels, please help me.”

In my book, How To Chat With Archangels: Inviting Your Divine Best Friends Into Your Life, I’ve titled Chapter 20 Divine Insight for Us All. I share with my readers some of the messages each Archangel has sent to me over the years. These messages of love that I call ‘Archangelisms’ are truly for all of us. I’m delighted to share this one with you now, from Archangel Metatron:

“Always protect the fledging fire of hope and joy in your heart for the goodness to come. And come it will. The Divine lives in you—that spark is the true reality that will bring some more heaven to your earthly experience, as you know it has before.”

My husband was shaking me awake from a very sound sleep. Because it was only 7:30 in the morning, I was sure the house must be on fire. After fifty years of marriage, Howard, a morning person, knew that I never climbed into the sack ‘til the wee hours of the morning. He also knew that it was best to leave me alone until I woke up naturally.

“Sorry to wake you up, hon,” he said. “But you’ve got to get up and jump in the shower and get ready.”

“Ready for what?” I demanded, bleary eyed. “I haven’t got anything scheduled for today.”

“Well, you do now. You’re going to be on the Greg Louganis podcast in a couple of hours.”

“What!? How is that possible? We were told I might be a guest on his show sometime, but he was scheduled out for at least six months.”

“Apparently, they have an unexpected opening, so they’ve asked if you’d like to be today’s guest. You know you have to say yes, Deb. This opportunity may never come again.”

Howard was right, darn it. Now I would have to rush around, getting ready to be seen on camera, even though I’d had no time to prepare for an interview like this.

But I couldn’t help but think that my Divine Best Friends, the Archangels, had arranged this opportunity for me, as they’ve often done in my life, so I could share with a bigger audience how much the Archangels love humanity and are just waiting to help us through all of life’s challenges.

What a thrill it was, a couple of hours later, to actually be talking to Greg Louganis about my life and my new book, “How To Chat With Archangels: Inviting Your Divine Best Friends Into Your Life!”

The truth is, when we invite the Archangels into our lives, the most incredible things begin to happen. And we experience the most support, guidance, protection, and love we’ve ever known in our lives!
